- no because she should've waited for the pizza to cool down before eating it
- No, she can't. It is obvious pizza is going to be hot when it is given to you as most pizza parlors like to make it fresh. It's her fault for not waiting long enough for it to cool.
- No. She is responsible for placing hot food in her mouth. Expectation is Pizza is hot when served. Stupidity is not grounds for a law suit
- no she cannot. It was her fault that she ate the pizza without checking to see if it was to hot for her mouth to handle and that she took such a big bite that it caused that much damage.
- are you seriously asking this question... It's her own fault for being stupid enough to eat a hot pizza. and yours for posting this.
- wat f u k is wrong with you stupid a.s.s holes..... are you fuken retared... its comen sense wata helll!!!! people these days man...
- No she can't sue the pizza place for burning your mouth even if it did that much damage. Once they give you the pizza your on ur own. She shouldv'e knew better than to eat pizza that just came out of the oven-I mean it's gonna be hot.
- wtf is right!I don' think she can sue.Sure its hot but you have to be careful. When you get hot stuff or hot pizza you have to wait. I hope shes okay. That would hurt!
- Your friend should have known the pizza was going to be hot. BUT... she still might be able to sue, after all, McDonald's was successfully sued for a similar thing, where someone burned themselves from hot coffee. Still, I don't recommend that she sue, because it really was her fault. But if she's serious about it, she should talk to a lawyer to find out if there's really any chance of getting anywhere with a suit.
- No, the cheese needed to melt right? Did she not feel the heat while holding it? Maybe she should be careful while eating pizza
- Not if the box said 'Caution: Content is hot!' or something like that.
- This is the most absurd thing I've ever heard. Get off it.
- 1st was it dine in or delivery? Dine in possible. Delivery I very seriously doubt it, it called the blowing effect to cool things off. If she doesn't know how to do that, it's not the pizza's companies problem. Most people know the pizza is going to be hot. Christ my 7 yr old grandson has that much sense.
- Ask a Lawyer. I do not think she should, but a lawyer will tell her if she can.
