How i can Remove stitches mark from my Face.?

I had an accident 18 moths back. I got 3 stitches on my nose leaving an ugly scar. Also i got injuries below my right eye, these scars have turned black now and looks like tattoo. But the scar on nose looks really nasty. Should i go for a cosmetic surgery or there is any way i can eliminate them. Any suggestion will be of great help. Thanks a lot in advance.

1. Try mederma. It should fade the dark scars and it can help with the stitches scars however a scar but it will always be somewhat visible. I have stitches scars on my pinkie finger and on my face right in my eyebrow! Luckily my eyebrows cover it because it's a bad one. I would hold off on cosmetic surgery, scars like that can take a while to fade its not going to happen overnight and that surgery is going to be VERY costly because it is cosmetic and not something you NEED so insurance will not pay for it.
2. I think that you should go for cosmetic surgery since you feel uncomfortable about your appearance. I dont think any creams would make it go away since if happened so long ago.
3. Contact any Plastic/Cosmetic surgeon; he will be of great help to you.
4. Bio oil can reduce scaring.
5. Hmm.. if you really want to make it disappear go on to a surgery though, you need to be very careful. I have scars too on my belly and arms, I tried to apply some creams but it did not work. I just accepted it, the scars actually became part of my being now....hehe,
