looking for crochet pattern February 1973 Family Circle Magazine kit?

On the cover of Family Circle Magazine, February, 1973 issue, there is a crocheted afghan with embroidered violets. In the back of the magazine, there is an order blank to purchase the pattern from Family Circle magazine. Does anyone know how to locate the pattern after 36 years?
