where can i find out many feet are in 7000 stitches for a embroidery piece?

I'm trying to get some hats made up with a logo I came up with. and i want to get the supplies I need on my own, I have been quoted each hat will be 5000 - 7000 stitches, now I have 500 yards worth of thread but I need to find out how much is 5000 stitches worth of thread.

1. The company that gave you the stitch quote should also be able to tell you how much area is covered by any given number of stitches and how much thread is used to cover any given area. Ask the person who gave you the stitch quote "How many square inches will 5000-7000 stitches cover? How many yards (or meters) of thread does it take to cover 1 square inch? And what length of thread will it take to cover 1000 stitches?" Then do the math to convert the area covered to thread yardage. You can use either the total square inches times the yardage for one square inch OR the length of thread for 1000 stitches and get a good approximation.
