Where can I find custom made fabric?

I am having my wedding dress custom made and everything is great, I just need the fabric I want. I can't seem to find it anywhere so I want to see if I can get it custom made. If anyone knows of a good place to do this please let me know. Or, if you know where I can get the fabric I'm looking for that would be even better. I need tulle that has mettalic embroidery/beading going in vertical patterns like stripes down the front with a really nice embroidery on the bottom. So kind of like rain drops falling into a pretty design if that makes any sense at all. Thanks for all the help!
