What kind of embroidery card do I need to purchase for my brother SE -350.?

Upon a recommendation I purchased the Amazing Box Max software with a PES embroidery card. When I inserted the card into my machine I got an error message stating "this card can not be used on this machine. All information in the Amazing Box card & software say the card is compatible. Is this card bad, or does the 350 need a specific pes card? I am at a loss.

1. There should be a contact number for your Amazing Box, call them and tell them what your problem is. Also are you only putting PES designs on the card? Another thing you can try is formatting the card. Marge
2. You have the right card. Turn the embroidery machine off and then back on. Try again. Make sure the designs on the card are within the size of the hoop. There are only a few error messages and the one you are getting may be as close as the machine's computer system can come to alerting you to the problem. You may be getting the error message because the design is larger than what your machine can accept; 4 x 4 designs or smaller. Insert the card back into the box and open the designs on the card to make sure it is loaded. Make sure the card is inserted properly into the machine.
