Can my brother who is under 21 eat at the Alterknit lounge with me?

I am going to a concert tomorrow at the Knitting Factory and I am 21 and my brother is under age. I guess I don't understand if the lounge is only a lounge or if everyone is able to eat/dine there. I have in the past when I was under age, but I don't understand now if that is a possibility...The website doesn't quite explain the rules...I have also tried calling but I have been unable to get a hold of anyone.
