Can anyone help with tatty teddy cross stitch patterns for nursery?

Hi, I am trying to set up a nursery and would love to have some tatty teddy cross stitch's on the wall, especially the birth notice ones, just so there is something special for a keepsake later on. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated, and I will happily pass them on to anyone that is looking if I get my hands on some. Thanks =)
