Crochet pattern to make Chicago cubs afghan?

I'm looking for a pattern to crochet a Chicago cubs afghan, with basic crochet stitches. Thanks!

1. http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=21713033 It's a cross stitch pattern but the seller says can be used for knit and/or crochet simply following the chart and using using SC for crochet. Good Luck :)

You may need to do some math to figure out how big the picture is going to be, how big you want your finished afghan etc and as to what stitch to use (though I have found sc to be best with graphed afghans) Good luck!
