I believe all of his concerts are sold out, including the 11,000 seat E-Center in Utah (where the Idol tour was this past summer - David sold out there himself). Many venues sold out in less than an hour. However, radio stations have contests that sometimes include tickets and/or meet and greet so be sure to check radio station websites and fan boards. You may be able to find Pocatello tickets or Utah tickets from ticket resellers or fans.
