Why is she getting pain around the Cesarean stitches?

3 months ago she had a cesarean. She started doing her household works from the first month itself. Gynecologist said ok to do so. These little paining will be a problem? How long she should take care of her stitches? Can she continue her household works?

You mean the incision site? The stitches would be gone by now. She should see a doctor. It could be an infection which didn't heal properly.
If she is getting small pains around where her scar is then that is completely normal. I am assuming that the area looks completely healed and she just gets a pain, or pulling feeling when she does certain activities. If so this is very normal and it honestly might last for a long time. If the pain is more severe to where she needs pain medicine then it is time to call the doctor.
