- I don't think you should DIY your stitches. I think you should wait til you get back to the doctor. You never know what can happen. I say better safe than sorry, right? Just wait it out.
- In lance armstrong's books he uses nail clippers, so its definitely possible. Do whatever you want! Your life is your life alone.
- Um...I wouldn't remove them yourself. It is very easy to get them infected if you do it yourself without properly steralised equipment, so go back and get them done at the docs.
- Just get some small scissors and get a lighter, then light up the cutting part of the scissors and heat it up so you can kill whatever germs you have on it. Then clean your stitched up area with alcohol and then cut each stitch in the middle and get some tweezers and light them with the lighter too, then remove your stitches. You should be fine. Just make sure your cut is healed, if it itches it is healed but if you still got some puss or a scab around it, don't do it. good luck
- Don't. You could get an infection or do it wrong and the stitch will go under the cut and be inaccessible, which then means you'll have to get it pulled out by a doctor and that will hurt like hell
