Is there some type of software to help design crocheted afghans?

Like there is EQ for quilters, is there something for crocheters? I was hoping for something that you can put in the dye lots of the colors you want to use, how big you want it to be, and stuff like that. So is there something like that?

2. Something that would work for needlepoint or counted cross stitch in particular would also work with crochet. I'm assuming though that you are talking about graphing out a design in the afghan using different colors and such. Your basic stitch would be the single crochet or using the afghan stitch. You could either work the pattern in as you go or actually cross stitch it on after it is made. If you found a program for latch hook it would work also. The first two links are advertised for cross stitch the last is crochet. I didn't look into them too much, but have used the PC Stitch before and had no problems incorporating it for crochet.
