  1. I recomment starting with cross-stitching. It's simple and fun and there are endless patterns with whatever you are interested in. I'm doing one with dragons and fairies right now. Also, almost all the patterns come with easy to follow instructions.
  2. I would recommend some small cross stitch projects first, as this is probably the easiest thing to do. Then perhaps crotchet? You'll need some books on how to do knitting and crotchet, or have someone show you how to do it, but once you've got the basics, the world is your oyster!
  3. Go to a craft store like Michael's or JoAnn Fabrics and pick out some cross stitch. They can start easy and get very complicated so pick one that looks easy and start with that. They come with directions and are fun to do. After you master that, then you can look around for other kits that they sell for other projects.
  4. crosstich is nice and easy at first, but can get quite complex as you learn i recommend it crochet is good too, but frusturating when the fucking string slips off
