Eventually you'll probably run across someone who has a copy. 3) Google phrases like "mccalls vintage patterns" or "mccalls out of print patterns". You'll probably find a lot of online stores that specialize in that stuff. Email the owners and ask if they keep a "wish list" for customers like you.
