Stitches

Is it normal for a woman's vaginal area to hurt for 4-5 days after sex?

I recently had sex wit my boyfriend, but it had been like 3 weeks B4 that when we last has sex. Right after we had sex, my area was kinda burning, but i figured it was normal bcuz it had been a while since we last had sex. The next morning, my area felt kinda swollen & irritated &very tender. It was very uncomfortable when i walked & when i sat 4 long periods. The day after that, the swollen feeling went away but now it felt like something was poking me from inside. It kinda felt the way it did after i got my stitches down there from having a baby, but that was over a year ago. The day after that, the poking feeling went down but now i started getting a semi-thick, whitish, odorless discharge. As of right now, the poking feeling went away but it comes back when i pee. it doesn't burn but its uncomfortable when i pee & even when i clean myself after urinating. i started 2 think it could B a yeast infection, but now i think something is seriously wrong with me. Can any1 help me wit this?

  1. No. This is not normal go to a clinic or a doctor. Sounds like you have an STD.
  2. No...it's certainly not normal...
  3. it might just be a urinary tract infection, which can be treated easily with prescription pills also, you may you to tell your significant other to go a little less rough say you like it slower or something
  4. It could be an infection (yeast AND bladder infection hence the discharge AND burning) ... ...or and STD (sorry to have to tell you that)..you should see a doctor right away. If your boyfriend is "large" in that department he could tear you if not at a good angle or is being to rough (wife and I have that problem)...explaining the pain..but not the discharge / burning sensation.
  5. Dump the guy n go see the doctor....quick..
  6. Did your BF use a new soap to shower with & it irritates you ? That has happened to me I bought some cream called "Vagi-Gard" & it really took that hurt away in the first night & by the second time I put it on it was okay.
  7. No, this is not normal. You need to see your doctor and be treated. It sounds like some type of infection. Your boyfriend may also need to be treated. Feel better soon!
