How do I find a back issue of a magazine? I'm looking for Oct '99 Cross Stitch $ Needlework. Thanks, Ann

1. Go to your local Library and hope the subscribe to that magazine and get a copy of it. Another possibility is a local university to see if they have it and if they don't they should have a service called Inter Library Loan and see if you can get it from another university.
2. Local library is a good idea (I got a 1955 edition of National Geographic there). Also try eBay, Amazon.com, and if all else fails see if a book store (Like Borders, or Barnes & Noble) could find a used issue of it.
