Baby crochet patterns using cotton thread?

I have been searching for crochet books that contain patterns for baby bonnets and booties using 10, 20, or 30 size cotton thread. I haven't had any luck. Can anyone suggest anything? Thank you! =) This site has some adorable booties, but no patterns available. 1. I'm fairly sure it's Annie's Attic who has a leaflet of heirloom booties that are made with cotton thread....sorry, I can't find my copy, but if you go to their site and search or contact them, they may be able to help you out.
