Stitches

Just had a mole removed yesterday. I didn't have any stitches. Whats the best way to take care of it?

So that I can minimise the scaring. I still have a plaster over it right now and I'm wondering when it should be removed? I was adviced to apply vaseline over it when the plaster comes out (in about two days)......but is there anything else I should do?

1. keep cover the wound ..until it heal and away from UV
2. Just keep it clean.
