Stitches

What to do with stitches that have come out after extraction?

I had a jaw tooth removed last Tuesday. The stitches were supposed to dissolve, but a long section just came out and is hanging from my upper jaw. (Sinus was punctured, too, duiring the extraction). Should I just cut this off? I have an appointment with oral surgeon tomorrow, but don't think I can tolerate this until then. Thanks for your help.

1. hey mine are still in my mouth i was told by my denist that they will desolve in my mouth and if they do come out just throw them away you should be find and if you have any problems you need to contact your dentist,..~Good Luck~
