Breast augmentation - sharp pain and burning?

I had breast implant surgery in Feb 08 and recently I have been experiencing discomfort around my nipples- a sharp pain and burning sometimes. Does the pain has anything to do with my stitches around my nipples??? Is it normal???

1. I have never had that surgery, but done some research on it. From what I can remember, it is normal. It should decrease in time.
