Why can teens run farther and longer than 21 y/o in shape person w/o being tired or winded? I used to be able to run forever and have no problems, now being still in great shape and etc I can't run as fast or as long as I used to when I was in high school. I used to feel like i could run forever with only a stitch here and there. Now if I run my legs burn like crazy but not as many stitches just burning in my calves, thighs and bladder...It feels like someone injected hot lava into the lower half of my body...Also what can I do to stop the burning sensation and be able to run like I used to? Thanks.
