How to double stitch crochet? ?

I know how to make the double stitch itself, what i am having trouble with is starting the next row. Can someone just give me basic instructions? If i start my crochet with 15 stitches.. What do i do next?

1. Ok, after you chain 15 stitches, then you chain 2, yarn over, put your hook in the first loop, yarn over, pull through, yarn over, pull through 2 loops, yarn over, pull through last two loops, one DC complete. Repeat that to the end, then turn your work. To turn you just spin it around, then sort of rotate your hook so it isn't twisted. then chain 2, and off you go again. Its hard to explain, but there are good youtube videos out there!
