Just had my 9 Stitches on my finger removed, cut is not fully healed what should I do?

had 9 stitches on my finger removed to day and the cut is not fully healed you can see it and its still pretty deep, What should I do to take care of it?

1. You can clean it gently with some soap and water, apply a thin coat of antibiotic cream and then use bandaids to pull it back together. If it turns red, see a doctor
2. You can always super glue it (I'm serious... no joke!). Clean the wound extremely well, push the skin back together so it does not appear open anymore and apply super glue on and around the wound. It's the technically the same thing they use in the hospital as opposed to stitches. Really! Google it! The glue will eventually fall off by itself (do not try to remove it before that!). If it begins to look infected or you see redness or puss, please go see a doc. Hope this helps!
