just got stitches removed next to nose, what can i do to speed up healing process & make sure no scar is left?

just got stitches removed next to nose, what can i do to speed up healing process & make sure no scar is left? just got stitches removed next to nose, what can i do to speed up healing process & make sure no scar is left? are they are good foods or drinks that will promote healthy healing? any antibiotics I should apply? stay out of sun? thanks what do you mean by vitamin E? lotion? and neosporin? what do other people think?

1. Vitamin E helped me alot. There was still a small scar but I think I noticed it more than anyone else.
2. Bio Oil is amazing! Use that twice a day and the scar should fade. Wait for it to heal slightly though.
3. Neosporin works wonders, but be sure to let some air to it a few times a day. The neosporin will prevent infection and promote healing while reducing chances of scarring.
