Baby boucle yarn good for crocheting a baby blanket?

Anyway, there are quite a number of projects using boucle yarn, as featuring at http://www.bernat.com/pattern.php?LGC=softboucle . I think it might not really be that hard to manage.
2. I would have to say no...its to weird...and the textures might not be a good feeling on a baby's skin. you may want to try something more along the lines of Caron simply soft, or red heart baby, or something like that.
