I am looking for a crochet pattern of a baby puppet with attached blanket. Does anyone have it?

My Grandmother made them for my girls. She called then "Go To Church Babies" the baby was crocheted into the blanket and you could put your fingers in the hands or feet to make it move.The blanket then wrapped around the baby.I have grand daughters now and need to get busy! lol

1. I know what you are talking about, but I can't remember where the pattern came from. Maybe a back issue of "Crochet World" or an on-line search for crocheted puppets? Good luck.
