What is the best color for a handmade crocheted baby blanket for a girl?

7. I've always liked a soft lilac, with a soft yellow. Reminds me of Easter, & baby bunnies, who are so soft & cuddlely, just like a newborn.
8. Most people I'm sure would say Pink or Yellow...Personally, I like White with Baby Blue. I think it's just plain silly that everyone thinks little girls gotta be all frilly and lacey...I have two little girls and I've NEVER bought anything pink for them. I don't like sterotype. Do whatever color is in your heart when you begin...so long as you do it with love, it doesn't matter what color it is.
