where do i find easy crochet patterns for a queen size bed?

I wwant to make a blanket for a queen size bed...But i am a beginner at crochet...any help?

1. Any size granny squares can be made into a blanket of any size. They are easy to make. The larger the finished pattern of the squares the fewer squares to put together. I like squares of about a foot across for bed sized blankets. Stitch squares together on the back with whip stitch in strips, then put the strips together. Find some granny square patterns you like and do them. All of them are fairly easy and look great shaded or rainbow or however you want to do them. http://www.crochet.about.com is a good place to start.
