What is a good price to sell a crochet afghan pattern for?

1. Look on ebay and see what the "going" price is for that pattern. That will give you a good idea on what to charge for it. Good luck!
2. I agree with Christy....I would look on Ebay to see what a similar item has sold for and don't forget the condition of your item compared to what a similar item has sold for. If it is a rare hard to find or one of a kind, you could place the price higher. If you did go thru Ebay to sell your pattern, you can set a starting price..... Good luck :)

4. The problem with crocheted items is that it is highly unusual to get paid enough for the time you invest. Between 50 and 100 dollars for a bed size afghan that is really nice. Not what it is worth. There are people getting more than that for crocheted items. have you tried making thread bears?
5. I think it depends on how big the afghan is and what kind of afghan it is. I made an afghan for someone the size to fit a King size bed I charged them materials and $50. But I only charged that price because he was a friend.
