looking for some christmas afghans to crochet?

Public Comments

  1. will you take Iraqis or Iranians instead of Afghans? :-)
  2. Are you asking us if we WANT some or HAVE some? Lots of magazines will have patterns, but take a trip down to your library and look through their needlework and craft books.
  3. www.freepatterns.com has some great patterns, and as the site's name suggests, they are all free. You do have to register as a user though, but they have lots of patterns with good instructions for crochet, knitting, sewing, general crafting, etc...
  4. Here's a couple: http://www.bernat.com/pattern.php?PID=246 http://www.freevintagecrochet.com/afghans/candy-cane-afghan-pattern.html http://cache.lionbrand.com/patterns/chs-8afghans.html?noImages= Or just take your favorite pattern and use red, green and white and make it christmasy. The mile a minute is really cute in christmas colors. Or one I want to make is some large squares with trees then glue little buttons on the tree for decorations.
