Does anyone know where I can get round crochet afghan pattern?
I have done a search and only seen the Baby Afghan patterns - which are good, but thought I would throw out this question. Thanks!

- Mary Maxim has one that is round, but you would have to purchase the kit. Other than that, I would say be creative, adapt the baby patterns you've found to a larger size by using larger yarn and a larger hook, and addind rows. It's usually easy to add rows once the pattern is established... Good Luck!
- look here, hope this helps http://www.sewonfire.com/round_ripple_afghan.htm
- Try a store that only sells fine yarn or one that sells yarn and sewing supplies
- I just got the Annie's Attic catalog, where they have a gorgeous round afghan that looks almost like a stained glass window. Beautiful!! I even thought of taking up crochet just to do that one. They probably have it online, too. Go have a look.
- try the free software trial for this (skirts and shawls) at www.greatknitdesigns.com The software is for designing, creating and printing patterns for knitting and crochet. May not be what you were after but I thought it might help
- I would use a pattern for a potholder and just keep going with the motif/pattern until I worked it to the size I wanted. I know that sounds strange, but they are usually easy to work up and easy to understand. Also, there are many patterns available. http://www.crochetpatterncentral.com/directory/potholders_etc.php This link will take you to a list of free potholder patterns. On this page, there is a basic "round" pattern that would work well. It is a double crochet circle with a shell border. Just keep expanding it, you may want to leave off the final rounds. Hope that helps, Good Luck!
