Does a stitch in time really save nine?
And nine what? Olives, parachutes, what?

- A stitch in time saves nine stitches later when the rip gets bigger.
- im guessing like if you fix something you'll save nine dollars? lol idk lifes? hahahaha
- nine stiches. It means if you stitch it as soon as you notice it it'll be a small job but if you leave it it will tear more and be a big job. Eg, if you spill a drop of coke on the floor and clean it up straight away (in time) then noone can walk through it and spread it and make nine little footprints (saves nine)
- Taking the time to take care problems when they are small is a lot less time consuming and costly than letting things go.
