4. I would highly recommend About.com's crochet page. http://crochet.about.com/ I used it when I was learning how to crochet. It has really nice, clear pictures and understandable instructions. You may also want to hit the library, there are some very good books on learning how to crochet. You have to kind of search for them through all the knitting books, but they're there. "Stitch N' B*tch Crochet: The Happy Hooker," by Debbie Stoller is a good one. It has a lot of fun patterns that are targeted towards a more hip demographic. Have fun!
