Magazines about Bags?

Is there a specific brand of magazine which caters to Bag lovers? Contains patterns, tips and techniques, and etc? I know there are Bead Magazines, Craft Magazines, Knitting Magazines, Scrapbooking Magazines, but are there Bag Magazines? If so, what are the names of these magazines? Thanks!

They will have magazines and books that you can borrow!
