Is crossed stitch the same as slip stitch in crochet?
I got a German Crochet (Filet) Magazine and I am trying to translate it because I love this one doily in it. I'm pretty much done but I tranlated Kettmasche into crossed stitch. The symbol is like a little rainbow or an upside down u. I'm confused though, does cross stitch mean slip stitch? Thanks in advance for help.

- Filet crochet wouldn't have any cross-stitch in it since the concept of filet crochet is open "blocks", (made by chains) and "blocks" (made by double crochet) to make a pattern without any "extra" work. I could see it being a slip stich if you were decreasing on a edge row however.
- Yes, Kettmasche is the same as slip stitch in crochet. ☺
