How to take care of stitches on the bum?

I recently got a huge cut on my upper buttocks area & got a surgery for it. It's been 2 days now and I've taken off the bandages today. The wound is pretty close to my anus, so what should I do when I need to use the bathroom?

1. i would say: hover. dont actually sit (it would really hurt). and be careful i guess. and then i would take a bottle of water and run it over the stitches just to make sure its all clean. good luck?
2. You will have to keep it clean always by doing frequent dressings and changing its gauze bandages. you can use plasters that are hypoallergenic to fasten such bandages since it is near the anus. For the meantime, you will have to use wet tissues that are antibacterial to clean your anus every time you go to the bathroom.
