How long does it take for dissolvable stitches to dissolve?

On the 3rd of April, I had 2 wisdom teeth removed, it's been over a week and they are still there and one lot of stitches are annoying me?

1. Well when i had stitches in my leg it took about a week to disolve then i was ready to cut them out and it was really easy and no pain. But if you have stitches anywere on your face or a place were it it hard to cut them see a doctor and they will do it for you.
2. it takes about 7 to 10 days for the stitches to dissolve,
3. Just a heads up...i had my wisdom teeth pulled and got 8 stitched total...7 of them fell out before the final one dissolved, so dont worry if they fall out, as long as there not bleeding of course.
