Anyone into needlework patterns or who uses the Internet sources?

Need karate positions - funny and for children preferred but I can modify. Know of any pamphlets, books (knitting, counted cross stitch, plastic canvas, etc.)? I would need the name, pamphlet/book # and address of company. I checked the Internet, but found almost nothing in the sports areas. Maybe I overlooked something. My thanks to anyone's suggestions.
