Does anyone know a cross-stitch site that can design a kit for me from a photograph?

I did one of my grandparents' wedding photograph (during WW2 - they only had the one photo) some time ago and my grandmother was very emotional & happy when she saw it. Good luck with your project!

6. DMC do the whole thing for you, they make the pattern and give you the thread. not sure how much it costs, but have a look at their website
