Does anyone have a counted cross stitch pattern to give to parents?

I saw a picture done in cross stitching, on one side was the childs picture as a baby, on the other side was the child as an adult and there was a poem in the middle about growing up. I would love to have the directions. If anyone could help I would appreciate it.
