Whats a quick and easy way to get rid of a fat lip?

yeah, was hit with a metal baseball bat. ouch, thankfully no stitches or anything bad, it bled for like 5 minutes but the pain is still here, when i chew, what do i do to get it away? not tylonyl or benedryl i wanna get it away without anti-biotics!

1. Put ice on it and use BListex or Vaseline! I know From experience.
2. Just get a baggy and put some ice in it. It will be EXTREMLEY cold, but it will take down the swelling and only leave you with a little cut. =)
