I need help in learning the tie method in cross stitching any 1 know an easy method of tying a knot ?
The backside of my cross stitching pictures look horrible. I´ve search through a lot of tying methods and yet have not been able to do one that looks neat and easy to do. Can any of you help me?

- in cross stitch you dont need to knot your thread when you begin to make your stitches, leave enought thread so when you make the stitches they cover the end of the thread. in other words leave a tail so when you make the stitches you can weave the thread behind the stitches

- When I cross-stitch I work the thread in the back of my project, by working them in the x's on the back, this takes a little more thread. I lay the extra flat against the back and work my stitch over it so it becomes a part of the piece. Sometimes I catch the thread in the cross when just working the upper and lower X's
