ASAP Please -Best UGGs?

My sister's birthday is coming up, and I need help deciding what to get her. She wants UGGs, and I'm pretty sure she wants them in black. If you could help me, that'd be great. Any suggestions on other cute UGGs are welcome, and also any other boots that you think are cute, but under $200 please. 1. don't get her uggs i have uggs and i love them but its going to be spring/ summer soon and she won't get 2 wear them till winter!
2. Get her the first one, the clasic short b/c the others will be out soon, also make SURE she wants the black ones because I usually don't see many girls with black ones. HOPE THIS HELPS!
