My Nana is special My Nana's so nice When it comes to sewing, she doesn't think twice... She's a wizard with a needle she could sew the night away Crochet you a blanket and have it warming your lap almost the very next day... She's a non-stop amazement of talent Her creations are more than a simple hobby, their a genius work of art! Give her an idea for Cross-stitch, she can hardly wait to start... She has a passion for patterns Every stitch in made with love She'll whip yha out a pot holder And embroider it with a dove... Tell her the colors you like and she'll start blending spools of thread Before you can finish the verse to Supercalafradulistic, you'll have a beautiful new spread upon your bed... With Wallhangings, ornaments and dishtowels too there's nothing at a fabric store that she can't make for you... So here's 3 cheers for my Nana & a Hip! Hip! Hurray!! 5. A few errors, but not bad. Treasure your Nana, while you have her. My sister was like that. She knitted squares from left over wool then they were sewn together to make a huge blanket for my bed. She died not long after finishing it - but it kept her busy while she was so ill. She also did blankets for babies and other stuff - so they will remind people of her talents for some time to come.
