Are You Off Your Rocker?

In the dim and distant past When life's tempo wasn't so fast, Grandma used to rock and knit, Crochet, tat and baby sit. When the kids were in a jam, They could always call on Gram. But today she's in the gym Exercising to keep slim. She's checking the web or surfing the net, Sending some e-mail or placing a bet. Nothing seems to stop or block her, Now that Grandma's off her rocker. Today is my day for funnees! lol LOL - at 65 I am PRE boomer age

1. That's rich! Thanks for sharing. I'm not particularly adept at the needles. I still haven't finished an afghan I started when my mother died and I acquired all her yarn. However, the afghan now has a name. It's "That D@mn Afghan." Somewhere in this house I have a rocker. I just have to find it under the debris.

4. Got news Sugar! Some of us are doing a heck of a lot more then that. We have businesses to run, hiking in the sun. Riding jets skis, travelin', etc. & having more fun. I bust my a** from morning till done doing more then I did when young. You forget sweet lass we are the "Boomer" class.
