How can you get Pictures/logos off of clothing?

I have this hoodie and I like the color, but there is some really gay shit on it. Theres a big logo in the middle, and a small one on the sleeve. Its not stitched in, but feels more like some kind of plastic, or rubber. Common on a lot of shirts, im sure you know what I mean. Anyone know how to get it off, possible with chemicals or something? thank you

1. Cehmicals are probably gonna eat through the fabric. Try using a razorblade to slice off the rubber stuff. It may take some time...
2. there is no way of removing that plastic or paint. if the logo was stiched on you could pick it out with a tread picker. or razor. that has happen to me i get a cute gift and it has a stupid logo and i trash it
3. No, but you can cover them with your own design using any printer Iron-on transfers for color fabrics (they are white plastic based and completely cover whatever you had under)
