Looking for a Christmas crochet pattern using a bleach bottle?

This was a pattern on Aunt Lydia's thread as a freebie. It is for a Christmas Boot that you could use for candy or whatever. I can't find my copy and really want to make another. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. Oh man, I wish you had asked this last week. My aunt just gave me about 100 old craft magazines from 30 years ago and I saw this exact pattern in one of them. Sadly, I just sent the magazines back to her after copying the patterns I wanted. I'm so sorry!!!
