What clothing store can I go to to find cute, stylish clothes for teenage girls?

I live in Canada and we don't have a JCPenney or Macy's. I love their style and I've tried Stitches and Garage. I'm really into styles that are colourful and fun, but not too girly. Nothing dark or emo, just light and happy for a new summer wardrobe. Is there anywhere I can go to find what I am looking for at a good price?
