Stitches

How can I remove embroidery stitching (company name) from a shirt?

  1. You can remove the stitching but the holes will remain. Get a very tiny pair of cuticle scissors and a seam ripper. Carefully cut the threads to get started. Pull the threads out with a seam ripper from the reverse side. But, depending on the fabric you may see an outline of the name remaining where the needle poked through the fabric.
  2. seam ripper, then rub off the holes with your finger tip of warm iron.
  3. DON'T BOTHER, U WILL BE LEFT WITH A HOLY SHIRT
  4. Very carefully like the others said...only don't throw out the shirt. you can applique over it if you are really really careful and precise.
